One of my favourite ways to add a bit of summer on a cold summers day is to eat Chicken cacciatore with pain au rustic and masses of butter. Oh and i forgot to mention a crisp very well chilled white wine or a dark rustic earthy red. Actually, maybe both together in vast quantities:-]
