Welcome to recipes cook book, my personal
collection of hundreds of cooking recipes and links. I hope you gain as much
pleasure from the recipes in this site as i have had in putting its contents

15 Years experience
I have for over 15 years been involved in cooking at a commercial level.
Catering for ordinary folk, the rich and the famous. Over the years, my skills
have been honed in line with the current catering trends, which is the real
purpose of my web site; to catalogue my proven tried and tested dishes which in
turn. i share with you.
I currently run my own catering company in the UK and i am in the process of
expanding this.
Cooking need not be difficult. Successful cooks only need to know the bare
basics on which can be built a huge repertoire!
Cooking fresh food saves money! It is true. Its easy and convenient to go to
the local supermarket and buy a ready made meal in a box, but where is the fun
in that? How do you really know what is in your meal? What satisfaction is
gained from opening a box and heating it up?
We are all busy people but we own it to ourselves and our families to cook at
home as often as we can. Who knows you might even enjoy it!
